Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return or report an issue, please contact us at shesalwaysprettyinpink@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include a photo. We'll work with you to make it right.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Because many of our products are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or incorrect size ordered
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items and gift cards
- Personal care goods
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please contact us to resolve your original order first, then place a new order.
European Union If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at shesalwaysprettyinpink@gmail.com
